What is CardFlick?
CardFlick is a mobile app that lets you create and share digital business cards.
How do I get started?
You can get started either on the web or by downloading the app. Sign up (you can use your favorite social networks), and your card is ready. Use the customize tab to design your card, or edit your information on the profile screen.
How can I share my card?
Open the Flick screen, and you will see your card. Swipe your card upward off the top of the screen to send it. The people nearby will receive your card on their screen. Once your receive a card, swipe it to the right to keep it, or to the left if it’s not a card you want.
How can I send my card to someone who doesn't have the app?
Click the flick option in the navigation bar to open the Flick screen. On the Flick screen, press the email button on the top of the flick screen. Enter the email address, and they will receive your card via an email message.
Now that I have someone's card, what do I do?
Press Contacts to see the contact list. Click on a user and you will see their card with options for how to get a hold of them.
How can I customize my card?
Instacards is available both on the web and in the app. Start by choosing a design from our beautiful themes. If you want to add a custom background, use the background tab to connect to your Instagram or Facebook Cover photos, or upload a new image for your card. The color tab lets you choose your text and accent color. Click save and you are ready to share your card.
Are you selling themes?
Premium themes should be available for purchase starting in version 1.7, in the app or on the web. Premium themes can still be customized with Instacards, so you can make it your own.
How can I get a card for my business?
You can sign up at cardflick.co/pro. All the details are there, and getting started is a snap.
How do I use my company’s card that’s already in the app?
Either follow the link sent out by your company, or go to the Pro tab in the design grid view in the app. Find your company’s card and enter your work email address. You’ll get a link in your email.
What was this about Syncing?
Whenever you or another user updates their information, everyone who has that user as a contact has the card updated. This means your information for a user is always current.
Can I save to my iPhone contact list?
Sure. Press Contacts to see the contacts lists, click on the user you want, then click the info option. From this screen, you can select "Create New Contact" or "Add To Existing Contact", just like on your iPhone.
Can I have more than one card?
We're currently exploring how to enable that while still keeping it an easy to use UI.
Do you support Android?
Sign up for the Android beta, coming soon! Even without Android support, all users can create and share cards using the web version of CardFlick.
How can I design a theme?
